Paneer is protein-rich but should not be ranked above tofu/legumes by default because paneer is usually higher in saturated fat.

Soy chaap/chaamp sticks are proteinaceous and should score high on protein, but score lower than tofu/whole legumes if processed, oily, or high sodium.

Vegetable sabzis may score high overall due fiber/micronutrients but should be paired with a protein source when used as a full meal.

Rice/noodle dishes are allowed but should usually include a protein and vegetable companion.

Treat foods are not banned; they are simply frequency-limited and normally require a healthier day around them.
